Blockfolio Release Notes 1.1.4: Blockfolio Releases Many Long Awaited Features
We’ve been hard at work at Blockfolio — #1 bitcoin and altcoin portfolio tracking app— to bring our users an update driven by your feedback and suggestions.
The new features in Version 1.1.4 are available to both Android and iOS as of November 15, 2017 and are described below with companion screenshots.
Best of all these features are available FREE to all users.

Nightmode Theme
Our much anticipated “Nightmode” is now available for users wishing to view their portfolio at night without staring into a bright white screen. Nightmode comes with a full set of supported altcoin logos on over 1253 tokens, with over 100 custom made for the darker screen.
Hide Balances Feature
Avid crypto traders love to check their portfolios but have concerns about opening Blockfolio in public. Now you can check on your holdings discreetly with the Hide Balances Feature. Under Settings> Hide Balances your Total Portfolio Value and Holdings will now be hidden from view.
Pin Lock
Privacy and security is a top priority for Blockfolio and our users. That’s why we’ve implemented a four digit pin-lock to keep your financial information from falling into the wrong hands. This pin code is
known only to the user and is not stored by Blockfolio or it’s servers.
**Please be sure to write it down as this means it is NOT recoverable.
Portfolio Breakdown by Percent
With the latest release, users can see a breakdown of their portfolio by Absolute Value and by Percent to better gauge portfolio distribution between fiat, Bitcoin and altcoins. To add this feature go to: Settings> Show Percent Holdings
Auto Debit & Credit to Holdings
Now it is no longer necessary to enter two transactions to track your portfolio. Introducing the auto debit/credit feature which gives users the option to deduct purchases and add to balances with one tap.
The auto deduct feature will adjust to each token pair appropriately. Pictured above is a BTC/USD pair that will subtract or add to your portfolio’s USD/USD pair balance. When the user selects a pair with a different denominator, ETH/BTC, for example, the Auto Debit/Credit feature will deduct from the BTC balance.
Blockfolio has also added in an option to Sell All for users who want to move balances between tokens or exchanges. The Sell All feature is located right beside the quantity field on your transaction record.
Text Size is now Customizable
With the addition of Text Size customization, Blockfolio can now display portfolios to accommodate both small and large screens on iOS and Android devices. To find this Setting, tap the three dots at the top right corner of the main page>Settings>Text Size. A preview for the font size will generate as you toggle.
NEWS Customization
This update is mainly for our iOS users who were previously unable to select custom news sources. Now you can. Get the a summary feed of news as it is released from some of the top crypto news sources in the industry.
